Refund and Cancellation Policy

Girija Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the interests of its customers by ensuring a transparent and streamlined process for order cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is to be read along with our Terms & Conditions available on www.auleaves.com. It applies to all customers (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) who purchase our products through our website.

1. Cancellation by Auleaves

We may, at our sole discretion, cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or limitations on quantity.
  • Inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
  • Fraud detection or payment issues.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified immediately, and any amount paid will be refunded. We may also request additional verification before accepting certain orders.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Within 3 hours of placing the order → Full refund will be issued.
  • After the order is shipped but before delivery → You may refuse delivery; in such cases, no refund will be processed once the product returns to us.
  • After delivery → No cancellations or refunds are allowed. Products may only be eligible for replacement under Section 3 below.

3. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 3 (three) days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item was damaged in transit.
  •  The product was missing.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

     

Conditions for replacement:

  • Contact Customer Care via Contact Us on our website or email care@auleaves.com.
  • Provide visual proof (unboxing video or clear images).
  • Upon inspection and approval by Auleaves experts, we will recall the product and ship a replacement within 7 business days.

     

Replacement products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted only in the following cases:

  • Orders cancelled by Auleaves before shipping.
  • Orders that could not be delivered to you (as confirmed by our delivery partners).
  • Approved replacement requests that qualify for refunds (instead of replacement).

     

Important notes:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 business days of approval.
  • Time for the refunded amount to reflect depends on your payment processor/bank.
  • Customers are advised to check all product details before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

     

Products must not be returned if the outer packaging is torn or damaged at delivery.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain consumables (e.g., Auleaves Reusable Menstrual Kit) are not eligible for return/refund once delivered.
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging are not eligible.
  • Do not accept delivery if the packaging is damaged.

6. Delivery & Discrepancies

All deliveries are OTP-verified. If your order shows “delivered” but you have not received it, you must report this within 24 hours via Customer Care.

Auleaves will investigate and decide the outcome on a case-by-case basis.
