“Parties”: both the Customer and the Company together.

Customer records are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

Manufacturer/supplier/logistics partners (for fulfillment).
Authorities, if legally required.

3. Products & Services

Product descriptions and pricing are updated regularly but may contain errors. We do not warrant accuracy or completeness.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Payment

Accepted methods: Razorpay (UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment must be completed before dispatch, except for COD orders.
All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to you upon OTP-verified delivery.
Customers are advised not to accept packages that are visibly damaged/tampered.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certain consumables (e.g., menstrual kits, hygiene products with broken seals) are non-returnable.
Wrong/missing/damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

7. Offers & Promotions

Only one offer (discount code or free product) may be applied per order.
Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All content and products are provided “as is.” We exclude liability for:

Direct/indirect losses, business losses, or data loss.
Damages caused by misuse, wrong purchases, or third-party services.

Auleaves products support menstrual wellness but are not medical substitutes. Please consult a doctor for medical conditions.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
